Signups are now open and will remain open until October 4, 2025 11:59 PM Eastern time.

You may request between 1 and 10 fandoms, between 1 and 20 ships in each of those fandoms, and between 1-4 additional tags specifying a medium you'd like to receive a gift in (fic, art, podfic, or vid). You must request a minimum of three unique ships to be guaranteed a gift. A signup that only requests three different ships under Star Wars Disney Canon will guarantee a gift. A signup that only requests Wedge Antilles/Luke Skywalker under Original Trilogy, Star Wars Disney Canon, and Legends EU will not guarantee a gift, and if you are a pinch hit, the mods will be in touch to ask you if you want to add requests. If you decide not to, we will post your pinch hit, but not guarantee that you receive a gift.

You must offer a minimum of four unique ships. A signup that only offers four different ships under Star Wars Disney Canon is fine. If you do not offer four unique ships, and when sign-ups have closed there is no-one you can create for, the mods reserve the right to delete your sign up without notifying you.

You must put something in your requests' optional details. At a minimum, we ask that you put any Do Not Wants (DNWs) you have. Not sure what to put for your Do Not Wants? Check out our A03 Exchanges 101 post for more information. Apart from that, you can also put Likes, Prompts, General Screaming about ships. If you say that you have no DNWs, we won't solicit a new gift for you if your gift includes something unexpected that you don't like, as long as they wrote a pairing that you requested.

If you write a letter for your creator, please link it in the ‘Dear Creator Letter’ URL field.

Two notes for This Year's Tagset

A few tags include the phrase "Any" (ex: Any Female Jedi) or "of Choice" (ex:Mand'alor of Choice/Mandalorian of Choice ). If you choose to use these nominations, please know that it is the creator's choice, that they can fill with either canonical versions or their own created original versions, as long as it fits the rest of your request. Any requests you make about specific people with these ships will not be enforced by the mods.

There are several tags that simply list the character "Fox" - for the purposes of the exchange this year, please assume these tags are for Commander Fox.

Hello everyone! We've cleared the rest of the nominations and it turns out there's just one last clarification to post.

Vector Hyllus / Some Kind Of Killik Hivemind Kinky Bug Times

Nominator, I'm going to be honest and say I nearly passed it through, because it did make me laugh. Ultimately though, we decided that it's a little too unclear what a fic would need to include to be considered filling the tag.

Unless we hear otherwise from you, we will change and approve it as Vector Hyllus/One or More Member(s) of a Killik Hivemind (Legends). (Then you can add your request for kinky bug times in your sign up details). If you have a different idea of a more specific nomination that captures your request, we welcome it - it mostly just needs to be clear how many people (bugs) are in the relationship.

We are well on our way through nominations cleanups, and we've discovered some tags that could use clarification. Please read the following and respond if you see your tag (Anon is on for comments). You are also welcome to respond if it is not your tag, but you think you have input that may help the mods in figuring it out - please clarify that you are not the nominator in that case.

Clarifications

Ordo and Fi

To the mods’ knowledge, there are two characters named Fi, and ‘Ordo’ could refer to different people or even a planet. We suspect there's a decent fandom consensus for these names, and will approve as-is unless Legends fans or the nominator indicate a clarification that would be helpful.

You may also see some rejections coming in. These generally happen for one of two reasons - the nomination was in the wrong fandom (ex: including Disney Canon characters in Legends fandom nominations) or the nomination is no longer rare (Congrats and I'm Sorry). What's next?

We've reviewed somewhere around 400-500 tags today, but there's still some more to go! We may need to issue a further clarifications post, but once the tags are all reviewed and the tagset is cleaned up, sign ups will open!

FAQ

Where did my noms go/why were my noms rejected?

Your noms may have been rejected if you nominated a group of characters, if you nominated a pairing that was not rare, or if you nominated in the wrong fandom. If you are disappointed an otherwise eligible ship did not make it in, please see the next question!

Oh no! I forgot a very important tag! What do I do?

Comment here and we'll try to add it in for you, if it's not too late in the sign-up process. We do request you comment with a specific format, which is:
Fandom,Relationship
[ex: Star Wars Crossovers,Ahsoka Tano (Rebels)/Leia Organa (Any)]

If you have more than one relationship in the same fandom, you can add it after the first one, separated by a comma:
